"All Subjects must remain within their rooms during the Experiment procedures. (...) All entrances must be double-checked for being firmly secured upon entry and exit of the Subject’s room. (...) Power outages shall not compromise safety, as every entrance is equipped with an auxiliary electric fuse capable of maintaining the entrance integrity for up to 48 hours."

"No visual or verbal contact shall be made with any Subject."

"An Experiment Team must consist of a minimum of three Employees, each assigned a distinct operational role:
Operator — direct execution of all procedures;
Recorder — continuous documentation of the process;
Conductor (Supervisor) — procedural oversight, operational coordination, and issuance of directives."

"Any Experiment on a Subject must be conducted ONLY while the Subject is in a non-active state under the Anesthesia Gas (AG). (...) No Memory or Consciousness manipulation shall be performed without explicit authorization from the Superior(s).

"In case of emergency, such as a Subject returning to an active state during an Experiment, an immediate dose of AG must be deployed within the Subject’s room. All Employees must be then evacuated the room without delay, and the Experiment must be terminated permanently until a full assessment of potential experiential exposure during the active state of the Subject has been completed."
