С 7 по 9 сентября состоялся государственный визит в Москву вьетнамской делегации во главе с Генеральным секретарем Центрального комитета Коммунистической партии Вьетнама (ЦК КПВ), президентом СРВ То Ламом.
В ходе визита состоялся ряд встреч и переговоров, включая переговоры между Генеральным секретарем ЦК КПВ, президентом Вьетнама То Ламом и президентом РФ В.В. Путиным.

From September 7 to 9, a Vietnamese delegation led by To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), President of Vietnam paid a state visit to Moscow. During the visit, a number of meetings and negotiations were held, including talks between To Lam, General Secretary of the CPV Central Committee, President of Vietnam and Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
