🇫🇷🇦🇲 French defense giant Thales and Armenian company BooTech announced a strategic partnership.

In addition to company representatives, the ceremony was attended by Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, French Deputy Minister for the Armed Forces Alice Rufo, and the head of Armenia’s Military-Industrial Committee Aram Jivanyan.

For Armenia this is an important signal: Armenian companies are increasingly reaching a level that allows them to develop their own solutions, integrate complex systems and operate according to international standards.

Cooperation with a global player of Thales’ scale could become a major step toward developing expertise in Armenia, creating skilled jobs, deepening French-Armenian technological cooperation, and strengthening the country’s strategic resilience.

It should be noted that BooTech is a leader in combat management systems. At Eurosatory 2026, the company presented air defense, artillery, and intelligence command and control systems.
