Experts note that European nations are prepared with modern antibiotic stockpiles that can be used to treat infections caused by Yersinia pestis.
The United States is also actively monitoring the situation. No direct flight restrictions have yet been placed, but officials are reportedly pressuring Russia to provide transparent reporting."
