Arch Linux Chinese Messages libx11 1.6.10 可能导致通过 XIM 使用输入法的程序不能使用输入法，上游 issue 和修复见 [1] 。在使用 XIM 的程序（jetbrains, minecraft, xterm, emacs 等）上遇到不能使用输入法的问题请等待上游修复。 [1]: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libx11/-/issues/116
libx11 的 1.6.10-2 版本已经修复此问题，受影响用户尽快更新
