I’ve realized I need to separate conviction from speculation.
Most of my alt positions are ultimately bets. Even if I roundtrip $100K+ because of FOMO, I don’t confuse that with long-term investing.
My core holdings are $BTC, $ETH, $HYPE and $VVV — but they’re not equal-risk assets. BTC is the foundation; the others are higher-risk bets I believe can outperform it.
I also trade $SOL and $BNB, but mainly as trading capital rather than long-term convictions.
The end goal is simple: maximize my BTC stack.
If an alt outperforms, I want to capture that upside and eventually rotate the gains back into BTC.
I’m bullish on the long-term BTC thesis, and if BTC eventually reaches $1M+, owning even 1 BTC could become a meaningful form of wealth.
So the game isn’t about collecting as many tokens as possible.
It’s about taking calculated risks with alts — and ultimately ending up with more BTC.
