You've heard of WWII Revisionism, now get ready for American Revisionism...
In 1889 there was a fire in Seattle called the Great Seattle Fire, destroying 120 acres of land and dozens of blocks (but killing zero people somehow).
Let's do some math...
43,467 people in Seattle — ~10,000 children = ~33,467 adults living in Seattle in 1889-1890
¹
3,465 buildings built in 1889 + 2,160 buildings built in 1890 = 5,625 total buildings built in 1889-1890
²
The fire was on 6/6/1889, and construction of these buildings had to have ended, according to their own words, at 1/1/1891, 18 months of construction time
So then 33,467 people had to have built 5,625 buildings in 18 months, which would be 312.5 buildings a month, OR APPROXIMATELY 10.4 BUILDINGS PER DAY OR 2.3 BUILDINGS PER HOUR (+ cleaned 120 acres of debris + apparently building a 40+ mile railroad)
The pictures you are seeing are some of these buildings they say they built. According to the given numbers, I believe that these buildings were here long before.
