The Dead Sea scrolls are not God's Word because they were buried in the Qumran Cave for 1,900 years. God's real Word was not and is not buried or hiding underground in a cave but was always in the hands of saved believers, who were persecuted and killed by the Roman Catholic Vatican for over 1,500 years. Vaticanus is inside and is from the wicked Vatican, while Simonides made and wrote Sinaiticus in 1839. None of those secluded manuscripts are God's Word because God's Word, unlike Sinaiticus, Vaticanus, and Dead Sea Scrolls, was and is still always in the hands of saved believers from thousands of years ago to even today.
