Catholic Douay Rheims & the ESV lie by saying you can somehow grow up into/unto salvation, which is works salvationism heresy!

1 Peter 2:2 KJB
as newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:✅

1 Peter 2:2 ESV
Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— 😰❌
1 Peter 2:2 Douay Rheims
As newborn babies, desire the rational milk without guile, that thereby you may grow unto salvation:❌😰
ESV sadly sides with Catholic Douay Rheims. But in the truthful KJB, salvation is the gift of God+cannot be earned/grown by works
Romans 6:23 KJB
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Ephesians 2:8-9 KJB
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
not of works, lest any man should boast.
Romans 4:5 KJB
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
