Did you know the Modern Versions [ NIV, NLT, ESV, etc ] attack Jesus' words of "but by every word of God" in Luke 4:4 by removing the bold words?

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.


Luke 4:4 NIV
Jesus answered, β€œIt is written: β€˜Man shall not live on bread alone.’”

But Jesus told him, β€œNo! The Scriptures say, β€˜People do not live by bread alone.’”

Jesus answered by quoting Deuteronomy: β€œIt takes more than bread to really live.”

We need every word of God! Modern versions take out words & verses & become man's wicked words! The KJB is God's preserved, inspired Word!

The words in bold are words the modern versions remove, but the KJB preserves & keeps those words!

Jesus defeated Satan by using & quoting the Scriptures! We would be wise to do the same to defeat temptation
