MEV Exposed Part 2: In 1 Corinthians 1:18, MEV (Modern English Version) changes "are saved" (KJB) into "being saved" (MEV) & "them that perish" (KJB) into "those who are perishing" (MEV). Both MEV changes are heretickal; they turn salvation into a continual process
1 Corinthians 1:18 KJB
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. β

1 Corinthians 1:18 MEV
For to those who are perishing, the preaching of the cross is foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.βπ°
There's a big difference between "being saved" (MEV) & "are saved" (KJB). When people get saved, they are saved (KJB), having full assurance of complete salvation! Not being saved (MEV)! If someone is "being saved" (MEV), then people are never saved, since "being saved" implies unbiblical works process which hinders a person's salvation! For saved believers, thank God we "are saved" (KJB), not MEV's "being saved"
