3rd Witness: Simonides' words about Sinaiticus match with Sinaiticus' characteristics itself.
Simonides gives a clue when he mentioned: "In various places I marked in the margin the initials of the different MSS. from which I had taken certain passages and readings."(The Journal of Sacred Literature 1862-10: Vol 2 Iss 3, Page 250 Link)

Now look at the Sinaiticus pictures in the below messages with pictures. Can you see the characteristic of intials [pointed with with red arrows] in the margins (areas in between the columns of words/text) of Sinaiticus?
