Vatican admits the Roman Catholic "Church" made the Septuagint as per in its book, Vatican Council II, the concilar and post conciliar documents https://archive.org/details/vaticancouncilii0000vati_b0g1/page/762/mode/2up

It is odd how right after the Spetuagint sentence, the 1st paragraph and second half of 2nd paragraph refer to the Roman Catholic Whore Church and its Latin Vulgate which could have very likely refered to the Vatican/Roman Catholic Church making the Septuagint
