For security reasons, Moscow International School, where the festival is being held, requires all visitors to present identification.

🔰 11:00 am - doors are open.
You are welcome to arrive and leave at any time, but please keep an eye on the schedule so you don’t miss the activities you’re interested in.

🔰 Upon the arrival, you can collect wristbands and stickers for children’s names so our teachers can easily address them.


🔰 Your bags of items you’ve brought for the charity fair can be labeled and left in our small storage tent.

🔰 11:30 am - short intro at the stage. The MC will guide you through the festival and announce the first speaker. While you with your kids or kids on their own choose an activity to take part in.

🔰 No pre-registration on activity zones — just come along and join the activities while places are available!

Some workshops have limited capacity, while other activities are ongoing and open to everyone, with no limit on the number of participants. Activities include creative workshops, experiments, discovery activities, quizzes and many more for ages from 2 to 14.

🔰 Running order:
There will be three time slots, each lasting approximately 20 minutes, followed by a short break. The stage programme and all activities will run in parallel. During the breaks, while the tutors switch activities, you can choose a new zone, grab a snack, make a donation, or buy raffle tickets.

🔰 Food: Anderson Café will have a food stand selling hot drinks and snacks.

🔰Donations:
Your donation amount will be converted into the festival’s internal currency.

F.ex.: Donate 300 roubles and receive 300 Fest Coins. Raffle tickets cost 300 Fest Coins. Prizes are worth 1,000–5,000 roubles or more. And save some Fest Coins for the charity fair at the end of the festival.

Together, we will support our friends at an equine therapy centre, which helps kids with limited mobility and other disabilities. All donations will go directly to the centre http://www.preodolenie-l.ru

🔰 Charity Fair
Use Fest Coins to buy or sell pre-loved English books, toys, handmade items, and even tasty, safe treats with your children.

🔰15:00 is the official Closing
At the end of the festival, we will announce the total amount raised and thank everyone for their support. Those who wish can stay for an extra hour of after-party fun, with singing, dancing, chatting and maybe even a repeat of some activities—who knows?


🤝 Everything should go smoothly.
It’s an outdoor event and if Mother Nature decides to be moody, we’ll have tents ready—but please bring your own raincoats and umbrellas, just in case!

It’s a family event, so we hope any parent or teacher can help the team if some activities attract more participants than there are places available. If a queue forms you can navigate children and keep them engaged.
