Job Description
Business Analyst – Retail Banking Domain
• Engaging with different partners for new implementations
• Automating processes for better productivity
• Coordinate with development team and freeze requirements on the basis of system feasibility and business requirements
• Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD), process note, etc.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
• To examine potential areas for Improvement and raise proposals.
• Interact with business users, internal technology teams and external 3rd party vendors to deliver product's functional requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide functional and technical support to users for concluding UAT and Production
• Process modeling using UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.)
• Dig into issues and do a thorough ground-level analysis of reported incidents while ongoing UAT.
• Interacting with the developers and business users to communicate the defects using Jira, actively participating in replicating the bugs, and performing regression testing.
