Medvedev threatened to destroy Starlink satellites if there were any attempts to block the Russian "Rosvet" satellite constellation.

He reacted to Zelensky's request to the United States to impose sanctions against the creators of this system.

"Blocking" the "Rosvet" system means its destruction, and according to the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, this would lead to a "full-fledged space war."

"I hope the Americans understand this. Because then their low-orbit Starlink satellites will start falling down, like toys from a dried-out Christmas tree. Space is a very confined place, we need to be mutually polite," Medvedev wrote.
