AltLayer Integrates Avail as DA provider

Great news all! We’re integrating Avail as a Data availability (DA) provider for our RaaS solutions. As blockchain goes modular, Avail’s DA layer is a great addition to our rollup stack - enabling more decentralization and reliability for rollup users.

Avail’s tech is focussed on data availability (ordering, transaction publishing, and efficient verification). This gives devs the autonomy to design and deploy their dApp the way they want, securely! It is cost-effective particularly for applications where high end-user cost can be a limiting factor for applications.

Excited to work together to facilitate the creation of incredible next-gen blockchain products that will usher in new possibilities for DeFi, SocialFi, NFTs and more.

AltLayer is integrating Sovereign SDK into our rollup stack.

The addition of these free, open-source toolkits will help users scale fearlessly and securely!

Why now?
Just days ago, Espresso unveiled its Doppio testnet, which has integrated with Polygon's zkEVM codebase fork - presenting new possibilities for zk rollup chains.
We had to explore how we could enhance the rollup experience. The project will include:
⚡Iterating on Espresso's Sequencer through feedback/fixes
⚡Aligning on sequencer designs to provide greater optionality, support
