Running cloaks on a schedule (plus a filter bonus) 😴

Kitten crew, sometimes your cloak needs to go to sleep. Just sleep, like a cute fluffy cat that ate your hamster and, with a job well done, went and crapped in your slippers 🚽

I’ve heard that the Taboola folks are absolutely obsessed with cloak schedules: basically, you let traffic through only from Monday to Friday during business hours. No judgment — personally, I still think women are better — but since there’s demand, I’ve moved the cloak schedule straight into cloak campaigns 🧑‍💻

Before, that lived only in tracker flow paths, so nothing changed for AlterCPA Red users — it already worked that way anyway, while proper cloaking is still available only in the fat-boy products like AlterCPA One 😄

Along the way, I also tossed in a nice little improvement for header blacklists. Originally they were built only for blocking, and making a proper whitelist out of them was a pain in the ass — you had to build a complicated regex. Now headers have a blacklist/whitelist mode, and the regex checkbox got its long-lost label back from 2018 🙏

So now AlterCPA One and AlterCPA Lite are even more convenient for building your own cloaking setups — all headers are easier to work with, custom address blacklists are available, and AlterCPA’s insanely fast filtering core is still here with you ✌️
