Phm thought that occurred to me, just noticed

In the movie, they dont have the Antarctica scene - yeah okay I can understand that
But
We also have
1) Stratt is very chill and way too softened for a leader with the responsibility of the world
2) Grace is softened into a poor silly goofball
3) we dont see Stratt's Full power with people actually doing whatever the hell she says
4) and my big point, the prognosis is: a quarter of the population will die in 30 years.

Why

In the book its half the population in the next nineteen years, which is why they bomb Antarctica

Why do they say a quarter.... well I guess I just thought of it and answered my own question but STILL.
Point stands because ERM, they made the stakes of the world so so low.... it just doesnt Hit as hard as it should..
