Optimistic and Eurocentric views on post-Russia prevail in perceptions of new potential states. However, we must discard the biases of optimists, add skepticism, and dissect potential models and hypothetical images of new post-Russian states detached from romanticism.

When we talk about the actual collapse of the state into almost districts, not regions that have emerged not through acts and decrees from Moscow, but independently, we will in any case talk about the theory of elites.
