But before giving in to panic, let’s look at what actually happened.
Earlier, we launched farming on Merkle. This is a platform where liquidity providers can add their tokens to a pool and receive rewards — in our case, in AIFC.
Here’s how it works in simple terms:
• You add liquidity to a pair with AIFC;
• Traders gain the ability to buy and sell the token;
• Liquidity providers receive rewards for participating in the pool;
• The higher the activity and trading volume, the more attractive the pool becomes to the market.
Farming attracted the attention of new participants and investors. However, the pace of buying from the community later slowed down. When demand weakens, some liquidity providers withdraw funds from the pool and move them into other, more active tokens. That is what was reflected on the chart.
❗ This does not mean that the project has stopped or “died.” It is normal liquidity mechanics in crypto.
When liquidity declines, the price becomes more sensitive to trading volumes: strong buying can push it up faster, but selling can also amplify downward movement. That is why it is especially important now to understand the risks rather than act on emotions.
AIFC continues to develop. There are still relatively few holders — and while some may see that as a reason to wait, others may see it as an opportunity to join the formation of a strong community before the majority does.
The market does not deliver results for those who simply watch. It is created by people, teams, ideas, activity, and confidence in their own actions.
Whether to panic or explore the opportunity is always your choice. 🚀
