📚 This subclade can be considered a Sarmatian-Kangju (Srubnaya) branch of the R-Z93 haplogroup. The primary origin of this haplogroup spread among Anatolian Turks is the Oghuz migrations.
📖 According to our database, haplogroup R-Y57 is also found in three Anatolian Turk individuals from Giresun, Şalpazarı and Nevşehir. This Y-DNA is found not only in Anatolian Turks but also in Azerbaijanis, Karachay-Balkars, Uzbeks and Kazan Tatars.
