The round attracted backing from prominent incubators such as B-Harvest and VistaLabs, alongside leading funds like TVM Ventures and angel investors from Artemis, FACTBLOCK, and SingularV (incubated by alphanonce).

Beyond financial investment, these backers will play an active role in supporting Factorial’s growth by connecting institutional networks, onboarding ecosystem partners and liquidity providers, and contributing to future fundraising efforts.
