BUYER MANDATE: VASP and Crypto Licences, LATAM and Georgia

A large, established international crypto group operating multiple business lines, with a substantial active user base and significant assets on platform, is looking to acquire licensed entities to expand into new jurisdictions. Existing product suite already live across earn, swaps, and cards, with real user demand waiting in the target regions.

Primary target
- Argentina: a registered PSAV, ideally covering all five activity categories, fiat on and off ramps, trading, wallet transfers, custody, and issuance and token launch services. This one is targeted for fast movement, they want to be operating well ahead of a fresh application timeline.

Also actively looking at
- Colombia
- Peru
- El Salvador
- Georgia

Brazil considered as well, though not as a first step given current capital requirements.

Clean, low history entities are easier to diligence and will move faster, though not a hard requirement.
