Feed43 的替代品： RSSEverything

Feed43 是一个为无 RSS 网页生成 RSS Feed 的工具，大家都很喜欢，因为容易上手。但自从失效后，苦于并无合适的替代。好在群友和推友找到了一个： RSSEverything。

和 Feed43 的使用模式是一样的，Feed 更新频率等指标也高于 Feed43 ，就看能否持久了。
